Veronica Morales is the Founder and President of The Social Being LLC, doing business as TSB Digital Creative Agency, Founder and President of TSB Digital Creative Agency, a marketing and public communications firm established in San Antonio and now headquartered in Austin, Texas. TSB serves organizations across Central and South Texas.

A San Antonio native and graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio, Veronica brings over two decades of experience in advertising, media, and digital strategy. Prior to founding TSB in 2011, she worked with organizations including Cox Radio Inc., Reagan National Advertising, Sinclair Broadcasting, and multiple nonprofit institutions—building a strong foundation in media planning, brand strategy, and operational execution.

Under her leadership, TSB has grown from a bootstrapped startup into an award-winning agency serving businesses, nonprofits, and government entities across Central and South Texas, with national reach. The firm now offers integrated digital marketing services alongside a rapidly expanding promotional products division.
